The Primitivo Collantes winery, located in Chiclana de la Frontera, has been producing and ageing wines under the D.O.P. Jerez-Xeres-Sherry and vinegars for more than 180 years. It has two wineries and three vineyards totalling more than 50 hectares, currently in the process of being converted to organic ones. They produce wines from their own vineyards. Some of them are D.O. Sherry wines, others are still white wines in line with the latest trends, protected by the PGI Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz, as well as some common vinegars.

All their wines are vintage dry whites with natural alcohol content.

This is another project inspired by a winemaker from Sanlúcar, Ramiro Ibañez. Under the concept of La Mayetería Sanluqueña, four winegrowers have been working together since 2016 to make wines with the grapes from their plots. These are minimal intervention wines that express great care for the vineyard and its terroir.
