Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Europeos fue constituida en 1986 con sede social en Alcalá del Valle, en la Sierra de Cádiz, constituyéndose inicialmente para la producción y comercialización de todo tipo de Cereales. Actualmente, además del cereal, también produce y comercializa espárragos verdes, actividad que lleva desarrollando desde finales de los años 90. También se inició desde el año 2009 en la producción aceite de oliva virgen extra de las variedades Picual y Hojiblanca, que elaboran en distintos formatos bajo la marca Espasierra, convirtiéndose esta última actividad, como principal en la empresa.

Olivar del Lentisquillo
Olivar del Lentisquillo is a small family business in Medina Sidonia. It’s a family business with a vocation for olive growing. They produce organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. They receive visits from tourists at the olive grove.
Oleum Viride
Almazara El Manzanillo is located in the Sierra de Cádiz, in Zahara de la Sierra, where they mainly produce organic extra virgin olive oil under the brand name Oleum Viride and wine under the brand name Fine Tempo. They offer a grinding service (maquila) at their mill for other olive producers; their facilities are certified for organic production. They organise visits for tourist groups.
Oleoconil
Oleoconil, located in Conil de la Frontera, produces organic extra virgin olive oil under the same brand name. It’s made with the Arbequina and Picual varieties from its olive grove at Finca La Caballería, located in the Janda Litoral region. It also produces handmade soaps made with the same oil.
Molino el Salado
Located in the Sierra de Cádiz, the Troya Cantalejo family has been producing extra virgin olive oil under the brand name Molino El Salado in different formats since 1940. Their oils are mainly made with the Lechín variety, obtained in a traditional way and cold pressed with a careful selection of olives at their optimum ripeness.
Molino de Espera
Molino de Espera is a small family business that has been grinding olives since 1878 and markets extra virgin olive oil in different formats under the same name. They are the fifth generation in the business.
They organise visits for tourist groups to the mill, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2009.
Guadaceite
Guadaceite S.L. is a company located in Chiclana de la Frontera. It has a wide range of frying and crude oils: sunflower oil, high oleic oil, pomace, extra virgin olive oil, etc. It has special formats for the hotel and catering industry (5-10-25 litre containers and 20-25 litre cans), perfect for restaurants, bars, fryers… And it also works with small formats (250-500ml and 1-2 litre bottles).
Los Horgazales
Hacienda los Horgazales, located in Villamartín, produces integrated production extra virgin olive oil. Under the brand Señorío de Villamartín they market single varietal oils of Manzanilla, Arbequina, Lechina, Arbosana and Zorzaleña, and an organic oil under the brand Hacienda los Horgazales. They organise visits for tourist groups, events and celebrations.
Bodega Almazara Sancha Pérez
Bodega Sancha Pérez, located in the region of La Janda Litoral, mainly produces organic early harvest extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety. It also produces wines (white and red), vinegar and jam under the Sancha Pérez brand, all organically produced.
Almazara las Pilas
Molino Las Pilas has been producing extra virgin olive oil since 1810, generation after generation. They’re located in Olvera, in the Sierra de Cádiz. Their oil brand Molino las Pilas is protected by the Sierra de Cádiz Denomination of Origin and is made mainly from the Lechín, Manzanilla, Verdial, Alameña and Hojiblanca varieties.
