Vinagres de Yema is one of the leading companies in its sector. Located in Puerto de Santa María, they focus on the processing, production and ageing of Premium quality Sherry Vinegars. The vinegars are aged in oak casks that previously contained sherry wine, following the traditional system of criaderas and soleras for ageing. They produce different types: Sherry Vinegars, Sherry Vinegars Reserva, Gran Reserva, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel, as well as their Organic Sherry Vinegar. Their products are protected by the D.O. Vinagre de Jerez.
