Quesos Pajarete has been making artisan cheeses and other dairy products since 2007 in the Sierra de Cádiz. The cheeses are 100% natural and without preservatives, made from Assaf sheep, Payoya goat and mixed cheeses. The milk for their cheeses comes from their own livestock that lives in a natural environment, fed with the natural pastures of their land. They’ve won numerous awards over the years in national and international competitions such as the World Cheese Awards.
