Created in 1986, it’s one of the first cheese dairies in the Sierra de Cádiz, located in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. They make payoya goat cheeses with different finishes (rosemary, paprika, butter, etc.), Grazalema merino sheep cheeses and mixed cheeses. They own the Parque Natural de Andalucía label. They’ve won a large number of awards and recognitions, since they participated in the World Cheese Awards for the first time in 2008.
