Queso Payoyo is a company founded in 1996 with more than 20 years of history, located in Villaluenga del Rosario. They produce goat’s cheese, sheep’s cheese and cheeses made from a mixture of both milks, ranging from fresh cheeses to semi-cured and cured cheeses. In addition, the cured cheeses are available wrapped in butter, rosemary, wheat bran and paprika. Throughout these twenty years, Payoyo Cheese has received multiple national and international awards. In the 2018 and 2019 World Cheese Awards it was the most awarded national brand with a total of 17 awards.
