El Gazul is a cheese factory located in Alcalá de los Gazules. They make Payoya goat’s cheese with different toppings, organic cheeses, cottage cheese, fresh cheese and sheep’s cheese in different formats. They have the Parque Natural de Andalucía and Raza Payoya labels. Their cheeses have received numerous awards in both national and international competitions.
