A small cheese factory created in 2015 in the Sierra de Cádiz, where they produce 100% artisan cheeses made with payoya goat and Grazalema merino sheep’s milk of different finishes, under the Pastora de Grazalema brand. Their cheeses have won several prizes at the World Cheese Awards in recent years.
