Their star products are sea bass, tuna, smoked mackerel and sardines in vinegar. They’re also specialists in the breeding of Premium sea bass and sea bream in their own Esteros de Trebujena and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. They stand out for the quality and freshness of their fish, the traditional fishing methods they use and the sustainable aquaculture system that is carried out. Los Esteros have been declared an Ecological Reserve due to the richness of their biodiversity.
