Puerto Carrillo is the brand name under which Domingo Puerto Domínguez, third generation livestock farmer and artisan cheesemaker, makes his raw milk cheese from his own herd of Murcian-Granadine goats. His farm is located in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
