A family winery since 1838, they produce Sherry wine, vinegars and brandy using the traditional criaderas and solera system. As a winery in the Jerez Region, it’s characterised by its location in El Puerto de Santa María, at the mouth of the Guadalete River, being the closest winery to the water, which favours the ageing of the wine under velo de flor. They belong to the D.O.P. Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry and the D.O.P. Vinagre de Jerez.
