The S.C.A. (Limited Partnerships by Shares) Ntra. Señora del Rosario with 750 partners was founded in 1977 in Algodonales and produces extra virgin olive oil under the brands Algodoliva and Ecoalgodoliva, the latter one produced organically. The predominant varieties of olive oil are Lechín and Manzanilla.
