{"id":949,"date":"2021-08-27T08:01:19","date_gmt":"2021-08-27T08:01:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/?page_id=949"},"modified":"2021-12-03T09:42:38","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T07:42:38","slug":"historia-de-la-sal-gaditana","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/es\/alimentos\/sal\/historia-de-la-sal-gaditana\/","title":{"rendered":"Historia de la sal gaditana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-0\">\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-8 col-lg-8 col-xl-8 text-center offset-md-2 offset-lg-2 offset-xl-2\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historia de la<br>Sal Gaditana<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>En la \u00e9poca hispano-musulmana, la sal gaditana era consumida abundantemente en Al-\u00c1ndalus y su uso estaba tambi\u00e9n muy vinculado a la actividad pesquera de las almadrabas situadas en la costa atl\u00e1ntica.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-5 col-lg-5 col-xl-5\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p>Una vez que estos territorios fueron reconquistados por los cristianos, se sigui\u00f3 suministrando sal al Reino de Granada hasta su ca\u00edda a finales del siglo XV. Cuando las salinas pasaron a la Corona de Castilla, la sal gaditana, adem\u00e1s de satisfacer las necesidades locales, era enviada a otros territorios espa\u00f1oles y tambi\u00e9n era exportada en grandes cantidades. La sal era cargada bajo estrecha vigilancia de la Renta de Salinas (instituci\u00f3n dependiente de la Hacienda de entonces) para evitar fraudes. En 1869 el monopolio ejercido por el Estado en las salinas llega a su fin y queda la producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de sal totalmente liberalizada.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-6 col-lg-5 col-xl-5 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1 offset-xl-1\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full img-fluid\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1892\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-0 wp-block-image size-large img-fluid\">\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-10 col-lg-10 col-xl-10 text-center offset-md-1 offset-lg-1 offset-xl-1\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h6 class=\"fichas azul wp-block-heading\">Durante el siglo XIX se produjo una especie de boom salinero, en el que cerca del 80% de la producci\u00f3n era exportada a otros pa\u00edses, especialmente a Am\u00e9rica del Sur y del Norte y a Europa septentrional.<\/h6>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-6 col-lg-6 col-xl-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full img-fluid\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"362\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1890\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.gustocadiz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/historia-sal-img-2-300x181.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-sm-12 col-md-6 col-lg-6 col-xl-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p>A partir del primer cuarto del siglo XX, la producci\u00f3n salinera gaditana entr\u00f3 en recesi\u00f3n.
